BAND OF THE DAY: SAYYADINA

The first real exposure I had to SAYYADINA was when I grabbed a few titles from Sound Pollution, doing a new trade with them. This is straight-forward fast grindcore at it's best possible point. The music really fits together in a way that keeps it flowing at unimaginable speeds while maintaining a form of chaos and order that really blast through the speakers. I have never seen these folks live, but can only imagine what a live show must be with these blasters. They basically only have about a chunk of seconds every song to slow down a bit, and catch up with each other. The slower parts basically mean you will be getting some chunky bass and guitar lines, with a tinge of metal! Total grindcore - this pretty much sums it all up in a nice easy one-liner that you can write on you're news posts and reviews!

Sayyadina has had a CD released on Sound Pollution, which was then released on a LP by Nerve Altar. The most recent project was for a CD on Relapse.
